Spending even a few quiet minutes in nature helped calm my racing thoughts during a stressful period. Disconnecting from screens and reconnecting with natural surroundings allowed my mind to slow down. Nature doesn’t solve problems instantly, but it creates mental space, grounding emotions and reducing anxiety naturally.
